  • 7 Questions For A Greener Competitive Advantage
    – the eighth question would be: How do you tell the story to attract not only green-minded customers?
  • Seven ways to tell sustainable stories for green marketers
    – Some interesting links in the green marketing.
  • An Important Branding Lesson From a Chipotle Advertising
    – A brilliant ad in my opinion. It tells the traditional story (you’ll feel good about this), but at the same time reinforces that with a sustainable message, that they really care about sustainable farming.

Like the author says: “I tend not to believe that selling the story of social change alone is enough to shift consumer behavior.” I don’t believe that either, but in my opinion this works as something that could potentially change the norms of the customer. You get added value when you buy these burritos, and maybe, just maybe some customer would interested in what this sustainable farming is actually about…
  • Jamie Henn: Dear George Monbiot: Climate change doesn't need enlightenment, it needs a movement
    – A response to monbiots bleak picture and an answer to the solution. A world wide movement of connected people engaged in making a better world. I myself see a lot of potential in this, after all corporations, goverments and associations are in the end made up of people. An aggregate of highly engaged people could have the potential of tipping things over.

I also love how it’s written, so take a look!
  • Climate change enlightenment was fun while it lasted. But now it's dead | George Monbiot | Comment is free | The Guardian
    – Monbiot writes about the collapse of the climate negotiations and compares it to the everlasting doha round. It’s unclear in which direction we are actually heading. A very bleak picture.

The reverbation of today's society through the eyes of a person deeply in love with planet earth. The transformation of today's society is going on in front of our very eyes, I'm striving to be one of the persons to tell the tale of how it was done.

I think at the core of a happier planet and happier persons is community, sharing and telling stories.
